Requirements for Travel to Laos

International travellers are now allowed to travel to Laos under the Lao Green Pass scheme.
Entry Requirements:
1. Register online at https://laogreenpass.gov.la/ (for details please go through Lao Green Pass User Guideavailable at the website)
Copies of following documents required for registration (image file):
- Passport
- Vaccination Certificate with QR Code for fully vaccinated person
[Covishield and Covaxin vaccines are acceptable]
or
Covid-19 Treatment Certificate issued not less than six months ago
- Negative RT-PCR test taken within the last 72 hours
- Health insurance policy/Covid-19 insurance
- Hotel booking provided under Covid-19 Task force
2. On successful registration, the applicant will receive an email with a QR code after your information has been approved.
3. Get appropriate visa issued by Lao Embassy in New Delhi (visa on arrival not available).
4. Upon arrival travellers are required to be tested for Covid-19 and placed in a 48-hour quarantine in their hotel while waiting for the results.
